OUR SOLIERA VAT 1 is an exceptionally elegant single malt, suited to every palate. Ever in motion thanks to continuous blending in our Solera VAT 1, this expression uniquely layers sweet and spicy notes for a soft and mellow taste with added depth due to its maturation in American Oak, European Oak, and red wine casks.
A balanced and refreshingly smooth Glenfiddich. Glenfiddich means Valley of the Deer in Gaelic; a Scottish valley ideal for making and maturing malts.
It’s where we’ve always pioneered and perfected, emboldened by our founding father William Grant.
We are still family-owned and run, five generations and counting.

TASTING NOTES
COLOUR:
Autumn Barley.
NOSE:
Beautifully fragrant and floral. Summer blossom notes with hints of creamy vanilla toffee and subtle oakiness. A touch of zesty citrus in the background.
TASTE:
Very soft and mellow with a lovely balance of oak and the trademark Glenfiddich character. Layers of sweetness and spice and with hints of freshly ground black pepper.
