Located in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, the old Pinot Noir vines used for this cuvée are 25 to 30 years old. Mostly aged in vats with a portion in oak barrels, this fresh and digestible red expresses accents of cherry, plum and flowers. A nice bottle to serve with Portuguese chicken or veal liver.
